In the 1960s and 1970s, women were viewed as riskier investments by banks and stores.

As an immigrant from Eastern Europe, I used to perceive the UK as a very modern and developed country. I would never have imagined that it was only around the time I was born that women got the full rights to open a bank account by themselves, without a guarantee from a man (father, brother, husband).
How could this 💥influence the mindset of the women who came before you and your own mindset on an unconscious level?
Working from a systemic perspective on your relationship with money it is worth looking beyond the beliefs of your family system. It is important to widen your view to take in the culture of wealth your family existed within. This means culturally, legally etc.
