My journey spans rich business experience, cultural diversity, and meaningful transformation. Before moving into coaching, I spent years navigating complex corporate environments during periods of intense change—leading multicultural teams, guiding people through uncertainty, and learning how human dynamics shape results.

Alongside my corporate work, I also built and successfully sold two businesses of my own. These entrepreneurial experiences taught me resilience, curiosity, and the ability to turn vision into reality.

Business Turnaround via Changing the Status Quo

I was appointed Country Manager at an engineering company selling industrial equipment. Despite lacking a technical background, I was hired to transform a loss-making unit into a profitable one.
Within 14 months of leading a high-performing team, the business recovered and reached the highest order intake level since the company's creation in Russia.

Stabilizing Multi-Cultural Systems

Transformation of a disorganized, opaque finance function into a transparent, well-controlled operation, enabling a successful M&A that preserved jobs and accelerated business growth.
By navigating and resolving conflicting expectations between Russian and German leadership, full operational clarity was established and key financial systems were successfully integrated.
Through resilience and fast decision-making, I provided stable leadership in highly unpredictable conditions. I secured a major new client after a year-long effort, strengthened critical supplier relationships, and elevated service standards.

Starting 2 companies: co-creation, organisation, and exit

I co-created and built two companies—an accounting agency and a headhunting firm—which gave me end-to-end entrepreneurial experience: from setting up operations, structuring processes, and defining service offerings to acquiring the first clients and managing a successful exit.
Growing both businesses from zero to their initial client base within one year strengthened my strategic thinking, commercial acumen, client-focused approach, and ability to turn ideas into sustainable, well-organised companies.

We explore the entire context you are in, identifying the invisible dynamics that traditional coaching misses. It’s for leaders who have found other sources insufficient.

You define success. In our initial phase, we co-define clear objectives and establish how we will know they have been achieved. The measurement is tied to your strategic goals.

The process is flexible and adapted to your capacity. Sessions are scheduled as needed. There are no long-term lock-ins; payment is made after each session, and you can discontinue the process at any time.
